Speed Racks – Our ‘Good’ Range
Kit your business out with low cost racks in an instant! Our Speed Racks offer an outstanding value for money option that can accommodate even tight budgets.
Ideal for retail bakeries or restaurants as occasional use or light to moderate storage apparatus, these racks are made from sturdy aluminum that can hold up to 650 lbs!
Fitted with stem casters and a 5” heavy duty wheel, they can accommodate up to 20 full size (18” x 26”) or 40 half size (18” x 13”) sheet pans and come with 3”, 4” and 6” spacing options.
Our speed racks are shipped flatpack for freight savings and come with all the hardware and tools you need for easy and quick assembly. All slides, frames and side panels are welded for robustness & resilience and the racks feature middle cross supports and bent tubes at the top of the frame for added stability and structural integrity once assembled. A fully welded option from our workshop – that will arrive ready to use! – is also available!

KWIKCraft & Knockdown TX – Our ‘Better’ Ranges
KWIKCraft
Sturdier and more durable than our speed racks range, our KWIKCraft racks hit the sweet spot between quality and cost.
Made from thicker aluminum or stainless steel, these racks are a lighter version of our iconic SHOPCraft range and offer all the benefits of a strong, all-welded design that’s ideal for handling moderate to heavy loads and rigorous use in an industrial or large-scale commercial setting.
Boasting welded cross supports front and back for added strength and durability KWIKCraft racks are fitted with plate casters (which are stronger and more durable than stem casters) and 5” heavy duty polyolefin wheels for effortless and smooth mobility. As with our speed racks range, a fully welded version made from the ground up in our workshop, is also available.
Knockdown TX Racks
Unique to Schaumburg Specialties, our Knockdown TX racks are toughness personified! They offer a top quality, yet affordable equipment solution that can withstand everyday use in a demanding environment.
Choose from a standard TX rack (available in 20 pan with 3” spacing, 15 pan with 4” spacing, 12 pan with 5” spacing and 10 pan with 6” spacing options), a Knockdown TX rack half rack (an end load rack with 10 levels & 3” spacing) or a Knockdown TX Side Load rack (configured to hold pans from the short ends, with a 10, 12, 15 and 20 pan capacity). All of our TX racks come complete with plate casters and 5” wheels, for added robustness and durability.

Manufactured from aluminum or stainless steel, our exceptional range of pan racks and oven racks is available in various types (including donut racks and nesting racks), configurations (single, double, side load, end load and everything in between!), pan capacities (10, 12, 15 & 20 pan for a single rack and 20, 24, 30 and 40 pan for a double rack) and caster options (including heavy duty and zinc plated stainless steel).
