All-welded aluminum construction: rivets, nuts, and bolts are not used except for the caster fasteners which are stainless steel. Caster mounting plates are welded to each base corner. This is a great strengthener for the bottom of the rack. Exemplary for rapid, effortless product transport. Casters and wheels pan racks are equipped with high-temperature, heavy-duty plastic, or other non-metal wheels. High-temperature wheels are rated up to 550°F. The wheels are unaffected by water and grease. They will not damage floor surfaces.
