All seams are either welded closed or sealed with food-grade silicone The slides on this rack have 2-1/2 degree downward slope toward back pan stop. Holds two 10″ x 26″ donut baskets per level. All-welded construction; no rivets, nuts, or bolts, except for the fasteners which attach the casters. The casters are bolted onto the heavy aluminum rack base. Heavy-duty delivery zinc-plated steel swivel plate casters with 5” x 2” polyolefin wheels.
Applications:
